MarsSeed [1] filed a deletion request for net-tools-mptcp [2]: Orphaned package, last updated in 2016. It was a modded net-tools, carrying patches for the experimental multipath-TCP fearture developed for Linux kernel <5.6 out-of-tree. Since Linux 5.6 and up, multipath-TCP feature development has been upstreamed to the Linux kernel source tree, and can be enabled via a kernel build config switch. The source of this net-tools fork has not seen new tagged releases since 2019. [a] As this package is an orphan, and the AUR package that used this optionally - linux-mptcp - is also an orphan as well as deprecated, I recommend deleting this one (I've also submitted a deletion request for the latter package).
