[PRQ#60320] Orphan Request for random_machine_id

dreieck [1] filed an orphan request for random_machine_id [2]: Broken as commented on 2023-07-29. Despite fixes were mentioned in the comments, they were not reacted upon. (I also do not wanto to maintain this since I have `random_machine_id- openrc`, but to free up the package for others who want to maintain this I report here.)
