[PRQ#49516] Deletion Request for drush-git

MarsSeed [1] filed a deletion request for drush-git [2]: Abandoned, broken, unused VCS package from 2018. Also drush is no longer workable as a system-installed, standalone CLI client - it should be installed inside the Drupal application project dir itself.
