[PRQ#62605] Orphan Request for deeplx-bin

MarsSeed [1] filed an orphan request for deeplx-bin [2]: @dreieck has asked maintainer in a comment on 2024-02-21 to add the mandatory conflicts entry to the PKGBUILD; it never got added, contrary to maintainer's answer two months later saying that they did that.
