[PRQ#62183] Merge Request for yade-doc

sukanka [1] filed a request to merge yade-doc [2] into yade [3]: I will use split packages to maintain the two packages at the same time. Previously, `yade-doc` can only be built when yade is installed, but I recently find a way to build them at the same time.
