snackattack [1] filed a request to merge emacs-lucid-nativecomp [2]
into emacs-lucid [3]:

This package was created to provide a nativecomp version of emacs-
lucid, similar to the relationship between emacs-nativecomp with emacs
in the official repos.

Now, nativecomp has been enabled by default in emacs-lucid, following
the official emacs. And just as the official emacs-nativecomp package
was removed, this package can be removed as well.
