[PRQ#42412] Orphan Request for crc-bin

MarsSeed [1] filed an orphan request for crc-bin [2]: This package should not be deleted, just orphaned or disowned. Maintainer @sgar seems confused and requested deletion instead of letting user @agilob have this package orphaned so that they can adopt it.
