[aur-requests] [PRQ#17989] Merge Request for python-liquidctl-git

jonasmalacofilho [1] filed a request to merge python-liquidctl-git [2] into liquidctl-git [3]: Now that the up-to-date base package is simply called 'liquidctl', it's time to do the same with the '-git' version. Removing the 'python-' prefix follows the Python package guidelines, as liquidctl is a command-line interface first.
