[PRQ#65820] Merge Request for cosmic-applibrary-git

soloturn [1] filed a request to merge cosmic-applibrary-git [2] into cosmic-app-library-git [3]: can you please rename so it matches the main package name. maxime decided to not use system76 package name of cosmic-applibary, but called the main package cosmic-app-libary. it is maybe less confusing to have same name with git extension.
