swimm3r [1] filed an orphan request for clementine [2]:

Clementine is using older libprotobuf version (is using v23, and 24.3-1 is the latest).

clementine: error while loading shared libraries: libprotobuf.so.23: cannot open shared object file: No such file or directory

You need to rebuild the package as the pinned comment says, as pointed multiple times in the comments
