MarsSeed [1] filed a deletion request for fontconfig-srb [2]: Abandoned variant of extra/fontconfig, last updated in 2018. Seems it was patched for some speed improvements. But it is no longer useful, being out of maintenance. Last comments are from 2018, and there is only 1 vote. I recommend to delete it.
