[PRQ#76213] Deletion Request for jlink-systemview-target-src

AlexisPolti [1] filed a deletion request for jlink-systemview-target- src [2]: As Segger now hosts all RTT in an external github repository (https://github.com/SEGGERMicro), they told me (and I agree) that there is no need to maintain this package.
