[aur-requests] [PRQ#14838] Merge Request for php70-noconflict

wget [1] filed a request to merge php70-noconflict [2] into php70 [3]: No need of this package. I don't why that guy created it while my php70 package is not conflicting at all (or at least has been fixed long ago).
