[aur-requests] merge request: merge python2-oslo-sphinx into python-oslosphinx

Hello TUs, Since upstream had renamed oslo.sphinx to oslosphinx, I think it would be less confused that we rename python2-oslo-sphinx to python-oslosphinx. Split packages are also applied to support both python and python2. Please merge https://aur.archlinux.org/packages/python2-oslo-sphinx/ into https://aur.archlinux.org/packages/python2-oslosphinx/.
