[PRQ#51796] Deletion Request for python-celery-git

MarsSeed [1] filed a deletion request for python-celery-git [2]: This VCS package from 2018 has always been broken due to not having a pkgver() function. Its source URL scheme is defunct since March 2022. But it seems no one is using it: 0 votes/comments. So it's better to delete. Extra repo carries the latest stable python-celery.
