Request #46363 has been Rejected by MarsSeed [1]: Low-priority, no-impact request. Can be resubmitted later. There are too many 3-4 months old pending requests. No Perl6 module package is used by anyone on AUR. The majority of them are broken or have packaging issues. Many are EOL.
