[PRQ#46352] Deletion Request for perl6-file-temp

MarsSeed [1] filed a deletion request for perl6-file-temp [2]: Orphan, broken Perl6 package from 2017. Upstream not developed since that year. [a] Only a few also-orphan and broken AUR packages from same submitter depend on this. I am submitting deletion requests for them as well. (Many of them also have archived repos at this point.)
