[aur-requests] [PRQ#35790] Deletion Request for python2-psycogreen

MarsSeed [1] filed a deletion request for python2-psycogreen [2]: Orphaned Python 2 module, uploaded and never updated in 2015. Never worked either, because it lacks makedepends=python2-setuptools.
