MarsSeed [1] filed a deletion request for mail-notification [2]: Abandoned, broken VCS package in disguise. Upstream maintenance discontinued since 11 years ago. [a] Fails to build for the last 3+ years due problems with gnome-doc- utils, which have not been resolved by the latter's new maintainer. I think it's safe to delete this.
