[PRQ#47909] Deletion Request for quiterss-qt4

MarsSeed [1] filed a deletion request for quiterss-qt4 [2]: I think it is not useful to keep this legacy Qt4 package from 2018, when there are newer versioned QuiteRSS packages on AUR, and those are based on Qt5.
