[PRQ#40646] Merge Request for clash-for-windows-chinese Rejected

Request #40646 has been Rejected by andrewSC [1]: The AUR package `clash-for-windows-chinese-git` PKGBUILD at the time of writing does not utilize the `git` VCS as the source for https://github.com/Fndroid/clash_for_windows_pkg and thus cannot be considered a `-git` package. My recommendation would be to either update the `clash-for-windows-chinese-git` PKGBUILD to use git and build off the master branch or submit an Orphan request for `clash- for-windows-chinese` so you can become the maintainer of the package and keep it up to date as new releases come out.
