MarsSeed [1] filed a deletion request for ros-noetic-rtabmap [2]: Broken since 2023, unmaintained since 2020. ROS Noetic is EOL and is not compatible with Arch Linux, only with the also EOL Ubuntu 20.04 LTS and Python 3.9.
