[aur-requests] [PRQ#27258] Deletion Request for python-reorder-python-imports

whynothugo [1] filed a deletion request for python-reorder-python- imports [2]: This package doesn't work properly when installed on the system python. Upstream discourages packaging by distributions[1], so I think it's best to delete it. Note: I'm also the maintainer, and, apparently, only user.
