[aur-requests] [PRQ#34779] Deletion Request for networkmanager-openvpn-tls-crypt

MarsSeed [1] filed a deletion request for networkmanager-openvpn-tls- crypt [2]: Orphaned package, build broken. It is a slight variation in build configuration for NetworkManager-OpenVPN v1.2.8, released in 2017. (Such old VPN software is likely insecure.) Don't think it's useful to keep.
