[PRQ#45086] Deletion Request for biopieces

MarsSeed [1] filed a deletion request for biopieces [2]: Deprecated orphan package from 2018. Upstream also doesn't maintain it since that year. [a] There are unresolved breaking issues, only a dedicated and knowledgeable packager could resolve them.
