[PRQ#53424] Deletion Request for linux-steamos

MarsSeed [1] filed a deletion request for linux-steamos [2]: Broken, discontinued personal Linux fork. Was aiming to mimic SteamOS3's Linux kernel but with wider hardware support. Was only kept updated for a short while on GitHub in 2021; then the package was created and maintained only for 4 months on AUR in 2022. Not useful to keep.
