Actually the SDK source has the runtime in it. It's just gonna be a mirror of dotnet-core-preview [1] at first, whigh already works this way, then it's gonna be only for RCs and dotnet-core-preview only for previews. dotnet-sdk-rc and dotnet-core-rc appear to build from different sources (dotnet-sdk-*.tar.gz vs. dotnet-runtime-*.tar.gz), so I would be hesitant to merge them into a single split package. Could you elaborate on your motivation for this change, please?
