[PRQ#48169] Deletion Request for python2-selenium

MarsSeed [1] filed a deletion request for python2-selenium [2]: As python2-urllib3 has been broken for the past year or so, and is not getting maintained properly, I propose to delete this legacy Python2 library from 2019.
