[PRQ#45836] Deletion Request for lib32-sfml

MarsSeed [1] filed a deletion request for lib32-sfml [2]: Unused orphan lib32 library for the 2018 version of this code. This is too new for any bin32-only application to use it: first 1.x release was in 2010, and the 1.x API was supported until the 1.6 release in 2016.
