[PRQ#66374] Deletion Request for bijint-tokei

MarsSeed [1] filed a deletion request for bijint-tokei [2]: Defunct VCS package in disguise from 2017. This was a client that fetched pictures from: http://www.bijint.com/ But that has been terminated since September 30, 2022. There's no more content to download from there.
