xiota [1] filed an orphan request for thunderbird-beta-i18n [2]: Please transfer maintainership of this package to bittin. yurikoles has demonstrated low commitment, interest, and time to maintain packages. Despite having a candidate for comaintainer (bittin), he opted to ignore comments and neglect packages for many months. bittin contacted yurikoles about a year ago to request comaintainership, but yurikoles went absent for the last ~6 months without adding a comaintainer. Although yurikoles has recently commented that he has returned, he has made little progress, updating only 4 of at least ~37 neglected packages. Also, update history shows some packages were updated while he was away, so he did have opportunity to add comaintainers. It is perfectly reasonable to have higher priorities.
