[aur-requests] [PRQ#8969] Orphan Request for flatbuffers

foxcpp [1] filed a orphan request for flatbuffers [2]: According to https://github.com/google/flatbuffers/releases, 1.7.1 was released on June 20th, this package is still 1.7.0. I emailed desg 3 days ago, he didn't responded. According to flatbuffer's releases page and package update history, bumps delayed up to 1 month (1.5.0 bump).
