[PRQ#39448] Deletion Request for git-credential-manager-bin

eclairevoyant [1] filed a deletion request for git-credential-manager- bin [2]: git-credential-manager-core-bin is the correctly named -bin package (keeping in line with the similarly named git-credential-manager-core and git-credential-manager-core-extras). This package (git-credential- manager-bin) can be deleted since there's no useful comments or votes.
