[PRQ#44983] Deletion Request for python-certifi-system-store

MarsSeed [1] filed a deletion request for python-certifi-system-store [2]: Unneeded Python package from 2021, which, in its functionality, links to the system-installed trusted certificates store to provide access to them through a shim python-certifi module. But Arch repo's python-certifi is custom-patched via its PKGBUILD to do exactly the same.
