MarsSeed [1] filed a deletion request for d-rats [2]:

Defunct package.
Last upstream release came in 2011. [a]

Now its deprecated python2-lxml fails its tests with segfault (it's
ABI-incompatible with current Arch Linux libxml2/libxslt libs).

Also even with python2-lxml installed, this application crashes due to
not finding a Python module ('libxml2').
