The git one builds on your PC and the other uses the pre-build package provided by the extension author. I prefer the pre-build one. Let's not remove it but rather fix the issues you've come across. There is no release and the Maintainer is inventing an erroneous
pkgver. We already have a properly maintained VCS package: gnome-
shell-extension-rounded-window-corners-reborn-git
