[PRQ#51100] Deletion Request for gollum

MarsSeed [1] filed a deletion request for gollum [2]: Broken Ruby gem, not maintained for a long time. Better to delete. If someone needs it, they can install the latest version to their HOME dir via rubygems CLI, as outlined in Arch Wiki's Ruby article.
