[aur-requests] [PRQ#9226] Orphan Request for tor-browser-bin

RaphaelCosta [1] filed a orphan request for tor-browser-bin [2]: Check comment section, maintainer has changed the URL from the official project's to his personal github page begging for bitcoins, doesn't git commit properly.
