[PRQ#48607] Deletion Request for kattis-problemtools

MarsSeed [1] filed a deletion request for kattis-problemtools [2]: Abandoned niche tool from 2019, broken VCS package in disguise. Upstream requires Python3 but this still uses Python2. Not useful to keep as is, without anyone maintaining it. Upstream no longer ships tagged releases (last one is from 2019). So only a git package would make sense. Last comment is from 2018.
