[PRQ#64051] Merge Request for vesktop_electron Rejected

Request #64051 has been Rejected by Muflone [1]: 1) I already replied you before, the vesktop_electron package is older and thus vesktop-electron is a duplicated package 2) re-uploading the same package after the deletion will lead to your suspension 3) you don't simply takeover the packages only by filing a merge request 4) if you want the package rename you have to ask and obtain the permission to EinfxchFinn to hand over the package to you, BEFORE submitting any merge/deletion request [1] https://aur.archlinux.org/account/Muflone/
