[PRQ#47149] Merge Request for posix-standard

port19 [1] filed a request to merge posix-standard [2] into posix-docs [3]: Didn't notice a similar aur package was already available. I'd like to merge the old one into posix-docs, as -docs is the more common way to distribute and search for documentation.
