MarsSeed [1] filed a deletion request for meteor-bin [2]:
Upstream website was based on DynDNS and is now gone. Package bundles an insecure old version of Electron runtime from a year ago.
In addition, the 'meteor-bin' namespace, for a package that provides 'meteor', should be reserved to the possible creation of a PKGBUILD for the Meteor.js runtime, which is an active project, unlike this GUI-only applet. That one also has more broad potential for being used by downstream applications that want to execute the "meteor" JS framework. This todo note GUI application, on the other hand, if needed, should be built from source and use a maintained system-installed Electron runtime to keep the system secure, and should be named in a more descriptive way, like 'meteor-todo' or 'meteor-todo-desktop'.
