[PRQ#57889] Deletion Request for ksysguard-gpu

MarsSeed [1] filed a deletion request for ksysguard-gpu [2]: Upstream is only minimally maintained and only for KDE Plasma 5. Even on that desktop, KSysGuard has been EOL for more than 1 year now.
