[PRQ#44437] Deletion Request for openwebrtc

FabioLolix [1] filed a deletion request for openwebrtc [2]: Cleanup of OpenWebRTC by Ericsson Research, they have depercated it since 2018-03, they also note that since version 1.14 gstreamer wil have built in support for WebRTC, at least some their gst plugin files conflicts with ones from Arch package [1] https://aur.archlinux.org/account/FabioLolix/ [2] https://aur.archlinux.org/pkgbase/openwebrtc/
