[PRQ#45237] Deletion Request for lib32-ibus-qt

MarsSeed [1] filed a deletion request for lib32-ibus-qt [2]: Unused Qt4-based li32 package from 2015. It didn't have any dependents even as far back as 2015 (as per earliest existing snapshot on web.archive.org). In repo, the native-build package was last used by texmaker up until May 30, 2014, at which point this dependency was dropped. [a] I recommend deletion.
