[PRQ#50559] Deletion Request for qtraw-git

MarsSeed [1] filed a deletion request for qtraw-git [2]: Discontinued; last released version is from 2015. [a] Repo got migrated to Gitlab and abandoned since 2020. [b] Broken: seems not compatible with Qt 5.15. From the latter source, master branch code passes RAW image file read tests with libraw 0.19.3 and 0.21.1, but does not pass a test for qt5-base 5.15.11's QImageReader error handling API.
