MarsSeed [1] filed a deletion request for hydra-bin [2]: Broken, unmaintained, seemingly unused package (1 vote, 0 comments). Does not declare the necessary conflicts entry. Also Arch/extra/hydra is a completely different application, therefore provides=hydra is misleading and wrong.
