[aur-requests] [PRQ#12147] Merge Request for python2-pydicom

bertptrs [1] filed a request to merge python2-pydicom [2] into python- pydicom [3]: Both packages now build the same, it would be a waste to maintain it twice. I already have a commit ready to push that implements the split package. I am a co-maintainer on the target package.
