[PRQ#44331] Deletion Request for libinput-git

MarsSeed [1] filed a deletion request for libinput-git [2]: Abandoned VCS pkg from 2021 by MIA owner (@shoober420). Still uses gtk3 whereas upstream and Arch repo builds with gtk4. But no one even noticed this. All comments are from or before 2021. Seems not useful to keep this package.
