[aur-requests] [PRQ#3950] Deletion Request for jsoncpp-cs

rreignier [1] filed a deletion request for jsoncpp-cs [2]: I re-upload this one from aur3 because of a dependence but finally, it is ok with the official jsoncpp package from the Extra repo.
